How We Came to Focus on Floors
If you walk into almost any commercial building, the first thing that tells you how well it is looked after is the floor. A shiny hallway, clean carpet and spotless entry say somebody cares. A dull, scuffed floor with gray walkways says the opposite, even if every desk has been dusted. We noticed early on that a lot of cleaning companies treat floors as a separate problem, something to subcontract or put off until the building looks bad enough to complain about.
Farmers Branch Commercial Cleaners was set up to do it the other way around. Our crews handle the nightly cleaning and the floor work together, so the floors stay on a plan and the people refinishing your tile are the same people who know your building every night. We keep the same crew on your account wherever we can, we bring our own machines and supplies, and we keep things simple and straightforward with the people we work for.
